Or not. Winding down can be a matter of drinking enough water to flush out all that caffeine. I located another alternative. Not just to ease the heart-throbbing, wired stimulation of caffeine but to relax when feeling worried, nervous or overwhelmed with stress, depression, anxiety, etc.

YouTube has a DELUGE of them. Whisper accompanied videos, roleplay relaxation videos, free hypnosis sessions and other gently spoken uploads. Listen to them. The good ones. Some are a nuisance due to poor sound quality or someone getting you down off your cloud by entering the room.

The following video is a spa themed roleplay for receiving a facial. It's very well done. Very good sound quality. Remember, there are a ton on YouTube like this and many other tranquil feeling ear and eye drugs. Some have remarked on YouTube via comments that watching masseuses perform massages on their clients is relaxing to watch.

 
A personal favorite of mine is the following video which makes you feel like you're floating. A free anti-insomnia session. Even if you don't suffer from sleep depravation, this video is worth listening to more than once.
