Balanced in milk, though the chocolate notes remain hostage to a smoky cedar, this espresso appeals a very impressive short finish with continued clear cedar-chocolate notes; a hint of heavy astringency mars the long.

In the small cup medium to full body, velvety mouthfeel, distinct cedar notes with a hint of dark chocolate and bananas, this blend is of gently smoky chocolate and cedar notes dominating the aroma, with hints of flowers and a brandyish ferment.
